I can only do up to 50 "elements" on Carrd's free plan, so if you are wanting a more detailed Carrd that goes beyond the 50 element limit, you will need to subscribe to a plan!

⛥General TOS⛥
- By buying anything from me, you'll be asked to read these terms, if I’m asked to send the adopt or the payment has been made, you've automatically AGREED to them. Failure to follow these terms or break these terms will result in appropriate actions taken.
- By buying anything from me, you agree that you're NOT receiving a physical product, this is a digital product. You won’t receive a tracking number nor a package, the adopt will be sent as a file to the email associated with your PayPal, and/or Toyhouse account (in case of having one).
- All Payments done through PayPal Invoice or Kofi, USD only!
- Do not crop or draw over my art with the intention of removing my watermark.
- I reserve the right to post, use and share any and all art/adopts I have made. I will only not post or use my art (commissions only) as examples if we have agreed to it beforehand. Any art/adopts made in the past, present and future will continue to be posted, used and shared by me as examples of my work.
- YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MINT/SELL MY COMMISSIONS/DESIGNS/CHARACTERS FOR NFT OR USE MY ART/DESIGNS FOR AI ART! I will pursue legal action if found using my art for any of these things.

⛥COMMISSION TOS⛥
- If you commission me, you have 24 hours to pay to reserve your slot. If 24 hours pass and payment hasn't been received, you will lose the slot and I will be less keen on working with you in the future.
- Payment extensions can be given only if discussed beforehand!
- Do not ghost me when you have to pay. If you ghost me multiple times with the commission, you will be blacklisted.
- If you are a minor, do not commission me for NSFW art! I will be enforcing an age check/IRL ID check. If found under 18 trying to commission me for NSFW art, I will blacklist you and do a callout post depending on severity.
- Do not commission me as an adult to do NSFW art as a gift to a minor. If I find you've done this, you as well as the minor will be blacklisted and a callout post will be posted.
- If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment service adter the commission is completed, sent and received, I will fight the chargeback and you will be blacklisted and blocked.
- All commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY! They cannot be used for commercial use as most of my commissions are done on paid bases. If found trying to use my art in any way for monetary profit, the base maker will be contacted and legal actions can be taken by both myself and the base maker.
- I will not depict the character doing extreme fetishist situations or partaking in illegal activities (ex. Scat, Rape, Necrophilia, Pedophilia, etc) or expressing any sort of hate speech/discrimination towards a group of people (ex. Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia, Ableism, etc.). If you try to commission me for any of this, I will block you and blacklist you immediately.
- If you need the commission to be done quickly, I have a $10 rush fee and the commission will be immediately sent to the front of queue.
- I only allow full refunds up until the fully-lined phase in the commission. If you request a refund in the coloured phase, you will only be partially refunded. I do not allow refunds of any kind past the finished art piece.

⛥Adopt TOS⛥
- If you bid on an adopt, you have 24 hours to pay. If you do not pay within the specified time, I am free to put the adopt back up for sale.
- I will do up to a week hold on my adopts. If you need an extension, a $5 hold fee will be placed and I can hold it for as long as need be.
- I treat preclaimed adopts similar to custom slots, so the 24 hour payment rule still applies unless otherwise discussed. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in you losing the preclaim slot and I will continue making the character as an adopt.
- You must have a Toyhouse to own my adopts/designs.
- You can resell/trade my designs with no time limit, however the new owner must abide by my TOS as well.
- Do not gift, resell or trade my designs to people that are blacklisted. If caught doing so, you will be blackisted in turn.
- Do not resell my designs for more than what you paid for them unless they have extra art.
- Do not resell my designs that you got in a trade without adding commissioned art. I do not allow reselling of traded characters.
- Your own art can count as monetary value, but it must be a reasonable amount. I will not allow doing a piece of art for a traded character and reselling them for hundreds of dollars.
- Free art/trades do not count as monetary value.
- DESIGNS OBTAINED THROUGH RAFFLES/DTAs CANNOT BE SOLD unless they have extra art with proof of cost, trying to sell designs like these for money will result in blacklisting and block.
- Do not heavily reference, colour-pick or make carbon copies of my designs, I don’t mind if you take inspiration, but don't rip off any of my adopts/designs.
- On Toyhouse and any other socials, you must credit me properly as the designer/artist when posting my design/adopt.
- If you've bought one of my designs, you bought all the rights to this character, but can only use them for personal use only. This is due to my art being on paid bases.
- Always credit me as the designer even if it’s a custom.
- Never delete the reference I did for one of my designs or my
credit. (you can put the old design and credit on another tab if you completely redesign them)

⛥Carrd Service TOS⛥
- If you commission me for this service, you will give me permission to use your email and password to register/create or edit a Carrd for you.
- You have 24 hours to pay to reserve this service. If 24 hours pass and payment hasn't been received, I will cancel the service and I will be less keen on working with you in the future.
- You are not allowed to take off my credit on your Carrd if I have created you a custom Carrd or revamped an existing Carrd. (It'll be small and out of the way on the TOS section!)
- I reserve the right to post and share any Carrds I have made or revamped. Any Carrds revamped or made in the past, present and future will continue to be posted, used and shared by me as examples of my work for this service.
